What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of Shopify web design, ecommerce consultancy, and digital strategy services, including website development, user experience optimization, platform selection, integrations, SEO, and ongoing support. Projects are tailored to your business needs.

How much does a new website cost?
Because we are keeping your options tight, and with minimum custom elements, we are offering an up to 20 product site for £1500. We will price for larger sites. We offer an additional 6 month promotion package of £600 per month

What is your typical project timeline?
We are offering exceptional turnaround at the moment; a 2-4 of weeks from booking. If you have particular requirements that require custom coding, this will extend the window and is hard to quantify.

Will my website be mobile-friendly and responsive?
Absolutely. All our websites are designed to be fully responsive, meaning they automatically adapt to look and function well on any device, including mobiles and tablets. Note that since I started this in 2005, the "flippening" to "mobile first" happened a few years ago. Most initial visitors are now mobile, but a surprising number of orders are still placed on larger computers or tablets!

Can I update the site content myself?
Yes, we’ll provide full training so you or your team can update your website content whenever you wish.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance or support after launch?
As well as our ShopBooster web promotion package, we offer a pay-as-you-go support charged at £50 per hour

How do you ensure my website is SEO optimized?
SEO is included from the start: we optimize your site structure, meta tags, headings, and content for search engines. Our "ShopBooster" product includes SEO optimising activity too, for those wanting to grow their organic reach.

What platforms do you recommend for ecommerce?
We use Shopify only. This is allowing the costs to be held low, as the "system" I have developed can be easily and quickly installed. The research and testing has been done!

How do we communicate during the project?
Communication is managed by regular calls, emails or Whatsapps and scheduled updates. 

Can you convert my current website to Shopify? Yes, depending on which software you have been using, we will be able to transfer all the content, mapping the web addresses across for your SEO. Some software allows us to copy across previous orders too. This must be priced independently

Does eCommerce work for all industries, products or services? It does not. This is why we offer the initial consultation to talk things through. Some businesses do well with an App or as part of a larger booking network. Some, the contact form is enough. I will guide you to the pros and cons.

I have a physical store, can i add eCommerce to this? Absolutely! Physical stores can be the very best start to eCommerce. You have stock, experience and people already available to help. Most eCommerce stores take a while to build up sales, so having the core business as a starting block is ideal. We can integrate your new website to your point of sale to improve stock and sales management

Will you give me a stunning high end design for this price? No. We will create a very good functioning website using Dawn theme on Shopify, This theme has the best App support and is very customisable. You site will look good, but operate brilliantly. I specialise in selling online, and that is where more of your budget will be spent, especially on Digital ads to get launched. If you site is doing well in 2 or 3 years, then you could consider upgrading your design, if you wish. I would however ask you to consider the largest most successful website on earth; Amazon, how do you rate their design versus their function?

What do I have to supply to get started? Once we have had the consultation, and you decide to proceed, I will send you an extensive fact finding spreadsheet. We will require the product details and prices, good images of products and other parts of the business. I will need a copy of at least a basic business plan to allow me to develop a strategy and write the content. I can advise on terms and conditions policies, but you should run these past a lawyer if possible
