Acceptance may be verbal, written, by email, or through payment of a deposit/invoice.
3. Services, Deliverables & Scope

Details and scope of services will be outlined in a written proposal or statement of work.

Any additional work not included in the proposal may incur extra charges.
4. Charges and Payments

Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be revised afterwards.

A non-refundable deposit of [e.g. 33% or 50%] is required before any work commences.

The balance is payable upon project completion, prior to the website going live or final deliverables being handed over.

All invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

5. Amendments and Approvals

Further amendments are chargeable at our standard hourly or day rate.

The Client is responsible for giving final approval in writing; final payment is due before the site is launched.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All design work remains the property of the Company until paid in full.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the website and deliverables for their intended business purpose.

The Company reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and for marketing.
7. Client Responsibilities

The Client will provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.

It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain permissions for all supplied materials (e.g., images, logos).
8. Liability and Warranty

The Company endeavors to deliver work free of defects. Liability is limited to correcting any defects reported within 30 days of delivery.

The Company is not liable for losses resulting from the use or malfunction of the website or services, except as required by law.
9. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice; the Client is responsible for payment of work completed to date.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
11. Third Party Services

The Company may recommend or arrange third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins). The Client is responsible for all third-party fees and terms.
12. Governing Law
